Our 30-Day Return and Exchange Commitment

The sections below set out the rules governing returns, exchanges, and refunds.

Davidprotein accepts eligible returns and exchanges requested within 30 days after the order is delivered. You may request a return for any reason, including a change of mind, provided the item is eligible under the exclusions below.

How to Start a Return

Contact jutewood22@gmail.com or call (864) 317-5055 with your order number. Do not send an item back before receiving return instructions. We provide a prepaid return label or an equivalent no-cost return arrangement.

Return Shipping

Davidprotein pays eligible return shipping for both no-reason returns and returns involving damage, defects, incorrect items, or other quality issues. Quality concerns should be reported with clear order details and, when useful, photographs so we can resolve the matter promptly.

Non-Returnable Items

Custom or personalized goods, clearance items, gift cards, and opened intimate, personal-care, or hygiene-sensitive items cannot be returned. Contact us before returning temperature-sensitive food so we can provide a safe, no-cost resolution.

Exchanges, Cancellations, and Refunds

For an exchange, contact us within the same 30-day window. Orders may be cancelled before shipment; after shipment, this Refund Policy applies. Once an approved return is received and inspected, the refund is issued to the original payment method. Bank or card processing generally takes 5–10 business days after we issue the refund.
